December 31, 2025, the city of Sabha hosted the ordinary General Assembly of Zallaf. The meeting was attended by the Chairman and members of the General Assembly, representatives of the National Oil Corporation, the Audit Authority, and several department managers from the company.

During the meeting, the company’s key achievements for 2025 were reviewed, including the implementation of the workforce localization plan, enhancement of operational efficiency, achievement of record production levels, and progress on the South Refinery Project. The assembly also discussed the challenges faced during the year and the company’s future plans for 2026.

The meeting concluded with an emphasis on continuing efforts to develop the oil and gas sector in southern Libya and to strengthen safety and sustainability standards in line with the National Oil Corporation’s policies.
