Monday 5-4-2021, a meeting was held at the headquarters of Zallaf Libya Company between representatives of the Chinese National Company for Chemical Engineering Ltd. and a member of the Management Committee of Zallaf Libya for engineering and Projects, Eng, Barkuli Elhabib.

A detailed presentation was given by the Chinese company on its field of activities, Aspects of cooperation to benefit from its expertise in the field of engineering, construction, and industrial complexes. Zallaf Company has started implementing the development projects assigned to it by the N.O.C, most notably the Erawin & Chadar fields, at a steady pace, which gave encouraging signals to foreign companies and contractors to return and enter the Libyan oil market again.
