The First shipment of Zallaf Crude Oil Exported Through The Port Of Zawiya
The Operations and Maintenance manager at Zallaf Libya confirmed in a statement , that the first shipment of the company’s production from the Erawin field was exported through the port of Zawiya last Tuesday, November 14, 2023, and was estimated at about 600,000 barrels of Zallaf crude oil, the production operations of which began in Last March, as part of the early production plan from the wells of the Erawin oil field, affiliated with the Zallaf Libya.
The Chairman of the Management Committee praised all the efforts made for the success of the plan and reaching this achievement, which exceeded all expectations.
He also extended his sincere thanks to the Management Committee and all the employees of Akakus Oil Operations Company for their unlimited cooperation with Zallaf, as the production of the Erawin field is exported through the Sharara field of Akakus Company.
He also thanked Al-Jouf Petroleum Technologies Company and Petex Company, which were contracted to implement this project.
The production of the Erawin field began at a rate of 3,000 barrels per day last April, reaching a rate of 6,000 barrels per day this November.
