The technical meeting of Zalaf Oil & Gas Exploration and Production Company was held at NOC HQs on Monday 13/11/2017. This was the first meeting for this Company as it launched its activities quite recently. The meeting was attended, on the part of the Company, by Dr. Khalifa Abd Essadeg Chairman of the Management Committee, Dr. Mohamed Ali Dengo Member of the Management Committee for Planning and Development, Dr. Abdessalam Aziz Member of the Management Committee for Exploration, and Eng. Albrokli Abu Salah Habib Member of the Management Committee for Engineering and Projects in addition to a number of specialists from the Company.

On NOC’s part, the meeting was attended by Mr. Nureddeen Shugman Manager of Reserve Development Department, Mr. Salah Albasir Manager of Maintenance and Projects Department, Mr. Anwer Aquil Manager of Production Department and Mr. Abdelmonem Battikh Acting Manager of Exploration Department as well as a number of specialists from technical and financial departments.

The meeting included a technical presentation in which the Company introduced its general strategy for its activity and work plans for 2017, the achieved works and the difficulties the Company faced during the last period.

It also addressed the Company’s proposed activity for 2018 in terms of development and exploration activity in addition to discussing some engineering studies and the budgets proposed for 2018, which may contribute to supporting the Company in implementing its future programs.
